We offer free express worldwide shipping for qualifying orders.


Please note duties and tax charges might be incurred at checkout depending on shipping location.

Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch of in-stock items, once your order is fulfilled you will receive your tracking information.

Below are rates and estimated delivery times. Please note that these times are provided by our partner carriers only, are based on days in transit and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control.

If you have purchased a pre order item, your order will be fulfilled 2-3 days once delivery arrives at our warehouse.


Please note: The below Exception Countries have a flat rate delivery fee of $40AUD and will take 8-18 business days of delivery(via EMS):

Azerbaijan, Albania, Barbados, Chile, Egypt, Georgia, Guadeloupe, Greenland, Haiti, Iceland, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Monaco, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Macedonia & Montenegro.

Please note above exception countries may have further delays due to the restricted number of international flights affected by COVID19.

We don't ship to Russia, Ukraine, Lebanon, Barbados, Guam, North Korea, Morocco, Maldives, Mongolia.

Sydney metro customers only.

Same Day Delivery is free for all Sydney metro orders over $150AUD, for order under $150AUD a flat rate of $15AUD will be required at checkout.

All orders placed before 10am will be delivered the same day between 1-5pm.

All orders after 10am will be delivered the following day between 1-5pm.

Weekend deliveries are currently unavailable, all orders placed on the weekend will be delivered between 1-5pm on the following Monday.

The carrier depends on the mode of delivery and your location. We work with a range of trustworthy delivery services to suit your needs and timelines in the most efficient way possible.

Some info about these carriers:

Australia Post uses the local delivery service of the destination country to completes their deliveries. We ALWAYS select signature on delivery where possible for all carriers for your security. This is not always available, so we strongly advise specifying an address where someone will be available to safely sign for the package during business hours on weekdays.

Lioness cannot be held responsible for orders which have been successfully delivered to the address left on the order, but not received by the customer.

We're sorry about that! The delivery times provided are approximate, and we cannot be responsible for orders which arrive outside of our partner carrier’s estimates. Common causes of delay are examination at customs and processing delays at large shipping hubs.

We recommend getting in touch with the carrier as a first port of call by using the shipping information provided at the time of dispatch. If you need a little further assistance here, please email [email protected].

Please note, selecting a pre-order item may cause delays to the dispatch of your full order. If you ordered a pre-order item, in addition to other products which are in stock now, we will wait to receive your full order before dispatching. Unless you have purchased split shipping at the time of check out. Please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch once the pre-order shipment is delivered to us.

Pre-order time frames are not exact, instead these are estimated timeframes of dispatch and could be subject to change.

If you have ordered both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be sent as a split shipment. This allows us to send your in-stock items within 2-3 business days and your pre-order within 2-3 business of its arrival to our warehouse.

You can find your relevant country cost below for split shipment. Please note that if you have multiple pre-order items, these will ship together once all pre-order items arrive.

If you selected free international shipping and you live in a country other than New Zealand, the UK or Europe, you are likely to incur customs duties and taxes in your resident country. These additional costs are your responsibility to pay and will generally be 20-30% of the total order value including any paid shipping. The actual duties and taxes levied against your order will differ according to your country’s own customs and tax laws.

We are required by law to provide accurate information about the order in the customs declaration and commercial invoice on all international packages. We CANNOT alter the declared value of your order. Any duties or tax amount payable by you is stipulated by your country’s customs and is out of our control. Please be aware of this prior to making an international order as you are accepting these terms and conditions as part of your purchase.

Generally, taxes will be incurred if you live in the UK, in the EU or if you live in the US and have made an order over $USD800. Should you refuse to the pay the taxes or duties on your order, we will facilitate the delivery back to sender. Please note shipping, taxes and duties are NON-REFUNDABLE once your order has shipped. We will deduct any additional costs incurred to have your order redirected or returned to us for failed deliveries.

All prices shown on LIONESS are in AUD. If you are placing an international order, the bank that has issued your card determines the currency conversion rate. We cannot make any guarantees regarding the current exchange rate or what you will be charged by your bank.

By placing an order with LIONESS, you are responsible for any original shipping charges, all applicable customs and duty import fees, and the cost of return shipping, should you wish to send your order back.

We work hard to dispatch your order ASAP, which is why all orders made are final and unable to be changed. Our dispatch team is seriously fast so please take care in completing your address on your order as we can't always change this. If you require a change to your order details, please email [email protected] or contact us on live chat immediately. Lioness is not responsible for an incorrect address being provided and any associated shipping costs for the error will be incurred by the customer. Lioness is NOT responsible for any packages lost as a result of an incorrect address being provided by the customer.

We strongly recommend always providing a shipping address where you or someone you know will always be available to sign for delivery. Most deliveries will occur between 7am - 6pm. We always opt for 'signature on delivery' when offered by a carrier, however, some carrier through the DHL Global Mail network may note provide the service. Please be aware of this before making an order. Lioness cannot be held responsible for orders which have been successfully delivered to the address left on the order, but not received by the customer.
