For Australian returns:

We deduct a $10 shipping label fee if you are requesting a refund. Shipping is otherwise free for store credits and exchanges. If you are using the original Lioness packaging to return your item, please ensure the original post label is removed or fully covered to avoid delays in delivering your parcel back to our warehouse.


For United States and New Zealand Returns:

We offer free returns for store credits/exchanges. We deduct a standard shipping label fee for all US and NZ returns if you are requesting a refund.

Please read the following prior to returning your item/s -

  • If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited or refunded the cost of shipping when we receive your return.

  • Items must be returned within 30 of receipt by the customer (including products with suspected manufacturing faults).

  • Items must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and without perfume residue.

  • For all swimwear, customers must try on items while wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

  • We do not accept returns on undergarments, accessories or sale items.

  • We reserve the right to reject any items not returned in their original state, or returned after the above specified number of days following receipt. Please take extra care when trying on garments as to not leave perfume or deodorant residue. Items with visible signs of wear will be sent back to the customer.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to immediately notify Lioness if they have received an item with any signs of wear. If we receive a return with signs of wear and have not been previously notified, we cannot be held accountable.

  •  If you have chosen a gift card, refund or exchange, this will be processed once it arrives back. Please allow 10 business days from the day you parcel is marked as "delivered" for your return to be processed. 
  • If your chosen exchange product is out of stock, you will be automatically refunded. 


Your store credit will be emailed to the email address indicated on your order within 10 business days of our returns department receiving your return. Store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item/s, less any discounts applied to your order and shipping costs your order may have incurred. If a reasonable amount of time has passed and you have not received your order, please email [email protected]. Please also check your Junk Inbox for your credit note. Store credits do not expire and can be used on any product on the website. We do not currently offer exchanges, except for faulty products.




Refundid provides you with instant refunds for your returns.

To receive your first instant refund, you must create a Refundid account. This can be done by following the prompts starting from the sign-up tab found HERE. Once you have created your account you can lodge your LIONESS return through your personalised dashboard.

When lodging a refund you will need to input your order and tracking number, select the items you wish to return and your refund will appear in your account instantly. 

Please note, if you are issued with an instant refund through Refundid, you will not be eligible for a credit note, exchange or refund through LIONESS's return platform. 

Customers with valid Australian identification only.



If you paid using Afterpay and Zip, you are eligible for a return for your order, less any shipping costs paid at the time of Checkout.

  • Afterpay is currently only available for Australian customers.

  • If you have not made any payments, your payment plan will be cancelled.

  • If you have made a repayment, this will be refunded and your remaining payment plan cancelled.

  • If you are returning part of your order, your payment plan will be amended accordingly

  • It can take up to 5 business days for the refund to hit your account.

  • Any shipping costs paid for at the time of your order will not be refunded. 


  • All standard return policies apply for order cancellations. Should you change your mind on your prior to shipment, you will be issued with a store credit.
  • Once you contact us regarding a cancellation, we will do our best to cancel your order. However, our warehouse works extremely fast. We can not guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed.
