If you're in the EU, you can withdraw from your order within 14 days if the order is not fulfilled with no reason needed.

Please note: items may lose value if handled beyond what's needed to check them. Some items can't be withdrawn, including personalised goods and sealed items unsealed after delivery (e.g. for hygiene reasons).
